When we were on Inis Oirr someone referred to glacial erratics, on the Burren I think it was, as 'Connemara visitors' or 'Connemara strangers'.
Can anyone confirm this term, or others used to describe glacial erratics?

for eggsample -
'Baby I love your erratics -
Your feidin wall leaves me in estatics -
Baby you rock my biology -
With your calcareous geology'

Perhaps it was one of the Connemara boys?
